Multi-way Valves

Inlines multiway valves meet the two major requirements of production lines:

• Full bore to minimize pressure drop on installations and to provide products with an improved quality and texture.
• Innovative design enables easy cleaning.

This twin function turns the multiway valve into a "universal valve".

Possible options:

• Heating envelope to maintain fluids at a constant temperature.
• Single or double effect pneumatic actuator, electric actuator or manual speed reductor.
• Reinforced cleaning by drainage of the plug surface.
• Reinforced connection to meet the requirements of the most difficult environments.
• All types of gaskets:PTFE, EPDM, buna N, silicone, Kalrez, etc.
• All diameters from NW 10 to NW 200 for all applicable standards (SMS, DIN, ISO, RJT).
• All connections: welded, flange, threaded.

1. Integral machining of the body and plug for maximum resistance in all operational configurations.
2. The cylindrical form eliminates retention areas normally found in plug valves.
3. The body and plug design provides a full bore that reduces pressure drop.
4. The innovative design of the sealing system (PTFE rings compressed by elastomer gaskets) provides perfect sealing and easy cleaning of the area in contact with the products.
