Rotary Manifolds

Rotary Manifolds are ideal for packaging line applications where several swing tanks feed packaging lines. The swing tank nozzles are located on the outer circle of the manifold. The packaging line destination nozzle is located at the center. The piggable 'U BEND' is easy to rotate to the desired location. The pig's location can be sensed both at launch and reception points.

Imagine a hose free manifold that allows operators to walk on a flat surface and make simultaneous connections. The Multiflexor manifolding system offers lightweight scissor joints that articulate across the board. The majority of the weight is supported on the HILTAP swivel and coupling assembly. The piggable arm may be removed if not needed. The base also acts as the drip pan.

Positioning a manifold vertically allows it to be placed in tight spots within existing plants. Each nozzle is covered with the patented 'pigstop' to safeguard operators. All valves are piggable and handles are within reach. Scissor joints pivot around swivel joints allowing easy handling. Operators can launch pigs into the front manifold for quick clean outs.
