Pitmaster™ Brush Pig

Most Brush Pigs are designed for heavy scraping action. They are designed to remove mill scale, welding slag and other tough deposits.

Our HZ PIG is designed with a leaf spring design to give the brushes added force against the pipe walls.

Standard wire brushes and other devices on pigs do not get into the sharp rounded pits caused by MIC (Microbiological Influenced Corrosion.) Our Pit-Master™ Brush Pig is designed to get into these small pits and attack MIC. The round wire brushes are made of thousands of fine wires that penetrate these recessed areas and clean out the biofilms and loose sediment.
