Mr. Futrell is an authority in pipeline operations, pipeline configuration for utility and ILI pigs, pipeline cleaning, ILI inspections, utility pig design and manufacture and offshore pipeline operations.

Dr. John Smart, President of John Smart Consulting Engineering

Dr. Smart has more than 35 years experience in oilfield and pipeline corrosion
control, corrosion monitoring, corrosion inhibition, pipeline operation and pipeline material selection and evaluation. He is known for
developing practical and cost-effective solutions to corrosion problems.

Mr. Patrick Porter, President of P. C. Porter Consulting Inc.

Mr. Porter is a recognized industry expert in pipeline operations, pipeline preparation for ILI inspection, ILI inspection tools and technology, ILI inspection runs, ILI data evaluation and analysis and pipeline repair techniques.

Mr. Elliot Hertzbach
